1. Food & Drink: First 48 Hours Rules
- Drink through a straw to prevent hot or acidic liquids from contacting fresh lips.
- Avoid spicy, salty, or citrus foods which cause stinging and irritation.
- No alcohol for 48 hours to minimize swelling and bleeding.
2. Sports & Sweat: Why You Must Take It Easy
Sweat contains mineral salts that expel pigment from open micro-punctures. Avoid intense workouts, saunas, and steam rooms for 5 to 7 days.
